Welcome to Mountain Haat. We aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how orders are processed and shipped.


🔹 1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Once an order is placed successfully, it is processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise mentioned on the product page.

  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • Products that are made-to-order or require special preparation may take longer, and the same will be communicated at the time of purchase.


📬 2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–8 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier partner operations, remote locations, weather conditions, or festive seasons.

  • Deliveries are typically made between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM on working days.


💸 3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order weight.

  • Promotional offers such as free shipping may apply during specific campaigns.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include additional charges.


📦 4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.

  • If you receive a damaged package, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately with your order details.

  • Courier partners usually attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, re-shipping charges may apply.
