Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We take great care to ensure that all our products reach you in the best condition. Since our products are natural, handmade, and often perishable, we follow a limited return and refund policy. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchase with us.
Order Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel your orders within 2 hours of placing them. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
To cancel an order, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order ID and details. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
No Return or Exchange Policy
Due to the perishable and natural nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.
However, we’re happy to assist in the following situations:

Damaged Product – If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
If you receive damaged goods, you may contact us for a replacement order after sending images/videos of the damaged goods via email or phone. Please mention your order ID. We reserve the right to replace the goods based on the authenticity of the images/videos sent to us.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion. -
Missing Product – In case any item is missing, inform us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and relevant photos via email at info@mountainhaat.com.
We will be unable to accept a refund request, but we will be happy to promptly re-send the missing product. -
Spoiled Product – If a product is spoiled upon arrival, notify us within 24 hours with photos or videos via email at info@mountainhaat.com.
In the email, please include your order number, date of packaging/date of manufacture, and clear images or videos of the product.
Variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma do not qualify as spoilage since our products are made naturally and may vary from batch to batch.
We will work with you to provide an amicable solution. The product will be replaced after due investigation and diligence, and we assure a fair outcome at all times.
Emails will be responded to within 24–48 hours, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
